For the last few weeks now, the Turkish Military has embarked on a low-level assault into Northern Iraq against the terrorist group, PKK. Read Page 259 of the Epiphany Deception!
According to the World Tribune, Turkey's military has repeatedly threatened to invade Iraq to destroy PKK bases in the Kandil mountains. Turkish sources said the army has deployed more than 20,000 troops in an operation against the Kurdish Workers Party near the borders with Iraq and Syria. See: World Tribune
UPDATE: Chief of General Staff Gen. Yaşar Büyükanıt yesterday hinted at military action against Iraqi Kurdish leader Massoud Barzani and the terrorist organization Kurdistan Workers' Party (PKK) in northern Iraq if the government formally requests a cross-border operation.See: Turkish Daily News
